Questions and Concerns Matrix

To better address questions and concerns, families and patrons should use this matrix as a guide. Topics should be addressed beginning at Level 1. If the matter cannot be resolved, it is appropriate to move to the next level with the inquiry. Some concerns only have 5 levels – the level that is skipped will be noted.

USD 383 certified employees should refer to the Negotiated Agreement and classified/hourly employees should refer to the Classified Employee Handbook in addition to this matrix.
