Website Approval

If a website being blocked by the district Internet filtering program.  The district website has a form to request that a website be made available. This should be completed by district employee. The employee should review the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy prior to request.  Once the form has been submitted it will go to a committee for review.  The user will get an email notification whether their request has been approved or not.

Application/Software Approval

Software and applications (apps) need to be tested before adding to district equipment or servers (even if it is free). This will ensure that it will be compatible with district systems as well as being updated with security patches.  Please fill out the online form to have new apps and software approved.
