What sets USD 383 apart?
Our district offers fully insured health plans for employees who work over 30 hours per week with a total valuation of $8,772 in district contributions per year. Short-term disability is also offered for all employees who work over 17.5 hours per week. In addition to this, USD 383 makes monthly contributions to a 403(b) retirement account for all certified and eligible employees.
Continuing this school year is Gap Health Insurance paid by the district. This plan lowers out-of-pocket expenses paid by our employees and lowers the monthly rates.
